Michael Redd Sustains Knee Injury

The severity is not yet known, but Michael Redd strained his left knee Saturday night in a win over the Sacramento Kings. Redd said he landed on PG Luke Ridnour's foot after attempting a shot under the basket. According to Madison.com, Redd will undergo an MRI today (Sunday) to see if there's any severe damage. At this point, it's looking like he's day-to-day, but any tearing would keep him out for weeks-to-months. In addition, it's time to expect more from Ramon Sessions in the coming games while Redd is sidelined. Milwaukee will have to find playmaking and long-range shooting off the bench, and he's the most likely candidate for a bump in minutes.
